Best known as The Sicilian Mama, I was born in Sicily and immediately started growing, but not very much. I left my sunny island after falling head over heels in love with an Englishman, and I live in the UK with him and our three children. When I finally learnt English well enough, I started writing stories and nobody has been able to stop me since. My short stories have been longlisted for the Mogford Prize for Food and Drink Writing, commended by the Society of Medical Authors, and won other prizes, but what I like most is to hear from my readers. If you have enjoyed these stories, why not leave me a review? Also, if you sign up for my newsletter, I'll send you an exclusive free copy of my short story Not a Speck of Dust and will let you know when I'm releasing a new book: https://www.stefaniahartley.com/subscribe/
