Timothy was raised in Alaska and the western states as one of six kids. Timothy's father, while serving
in the Navy through Vietnam, was there fi nally acknowledged for his genius and quickly promoted to
teaching nuclear physics at the Naval Reactor Facility in Idaho where he met Tim's mother, got married
and had Tim's three older brothers before discovering that his time on the submarines had left him with
leukemia. And so it was, while his father was deep in chemotherapy and near death that Timothy was
born. All of his siblings are gifted geniuses, but the blast of gamma rays Tim got pre-in-utero seemed to
have made him a savant or superhero of thought. He is standing on the shoulders of the greatest minds
and reaching for the stars, literally. He spent his entire life force unraveling the mysteries of the universe
to come up with real answers that will be the next stage of human evolution and the key to interstellar
travel, then crammed it all into a work of fi ction, because he loves a good story as much as he likes it to
carry truth and power.
