Tim Padfield MA, LLM worked for over thirty years at The National Archives (formerly the Public Record Office) as an Assistant Keeper of Public Records and then as Secretary of the Lord Chancellor's Advisory Council on Public Records and, for fifteen years, as Copyright Officer, advising TNA and archivists around the UK on copyright issues of all kinds. He is a past chair of the Libraries and Archives Copyright Alliance and has a postgraduate law degree, with merit, from the University of London with a specialism in intellectual property. Victoria Stobo is a Lecturer in Recordkeeping at the University of Liverpool, where she teaches on the Master of Archives and Records Management programme. She has worked in a variety of archives, museums, libraries and galleries since 2008, including the CREATe Centre in the School of Law at the University of Glasgow.
