Steven lives in Michigan with his wife of over 40 years. They have three adult children and a growing number of grandchildren. He retired after a 30+ year career in various forms of law enforcement. He presently works part-time in a law enforcement role. He served as both Mayor and Mayor Pro-tem of the City of Port Huron, where he has lived the majority of his life. He has served as a Vice President of a Charter School for troubled youth, on the board for a nonprofit halfway program for criminal offenders, and has served on numerous other boards, both Christian and secular. He was very active in coaching his children's various sports teams. He spent 7 years doing jail ministry and has been involved in a number of other Christian related activities. His heartbeat is personal evangelism. This is an updated version of his first and second book.
