He is deeply committed to raising grounded and enduring leaders for the Church. Apostle McCarthy serves as Chancellor of Kingdom College of Theology and Vice Chancellor of Alpha Faith Theological University (Africa Chapter), where he mentors ministers called to depth, integrity, and longevity in ministry.

He also serves as the Country Director of Ordinary People Inc. ? School of the Prophets (USA), providing leadership and oversight for the organization's work within the region.
