Dave Ferguson is a UK bachelor's honours-degree graduate, an organised, highly effective, and successful project and QHSSE manager with an international career spanning 40 years in 30 countries worldwide, covering 67 projects, including experience working in post-conflict locations. He is always able to motivate, encourage and obtain optimum results from multi-cultural workforces, often in the most demanding working and climatic conditions, frequently on very remote work locations with limited access and challenging terrain whilst never compromising industry health and safety, and environmental standards. His key strengths are in training and mentoring new workers and developing and implementing project and HSE execution plans.
