Stephanie T. Paulin is a mother, a survivor, and a devoted student of personal growth. Her journey has taken her through some of life's most profound challenges: the loss of her grandparents, a miscarriage, the end of a long-term relationship, a career change, and the devastating loss of her father, Robert William Anton Paulin, to colon cancer in August 2025. She chose to let those experiences transform her instead of allowing them to define or defeat her. That choice, made again and again through some of the hardest seasons of her life, is at the heart of everything she writes and everything she believes. For years, Stephanie struggled with people-pleasing, self-doubt, and searching for love and validation in all the wrong places. She walked on eggshells in relationships that diminished her, silenced her emotions in professional settings to appear composed, and carried the weight of losses she had never fully allowed herself to grieve. It was only when she turned inward, through faith, meditation, affirmations, journaling, and an unwavering commitment to healing, that everything began to shift. She discovered that the tools for a better life had always been within her, and that discovery became the foundation for this book. What sets Stephanie apart is her willingness to be radically honest about the journey. She writes the way she heals: openly, vulnerably, and without pretense. She believes that the most powerful thing one person can do for another is to say, honestly and without shame, "I have been there too, and here is how I found my way through." That belief runs through every page of this book like a thread, connecting her story to yours. Stephanie is passionate about helping others recognize their own worth, break free from limiting beliefs, and step boldly into the life they deserve. She understands firsthand how easy it is to stay stuck in toxic cycles, in fear, and in the comfortable misery of what is known, and she has equal compassion for the person who is just beginning to wake up and the person who has been on this path for years. Her message is consistent and clear: growth is not reserved for people who have it all together. It is available to anyone willing to take the first step, and then the next one, and then the one after that. She is also a firm believer in the power of starting over as one of the most courageous acts a person can choose. Her own life has required her to begin again more times than she expected, and each time she has emerged with more clarity, more strength, and a deeper understanding of who she truly is. The Journey of Growth is her first book-written through grief, finished in love, and offered with the sincere hope that whoever needs it will find it exactly when they are ready.
